A Thoughtful Approach to Food, Nutrition & Family Wellbeing

Supporting children and families to build confidence, curiosity, and a healthier relationship with food, one small step at a time.

Food should never be a battle.

For many families, mealtimes can become a source of stress, worry, and frustration, particularly when supporting children with selective eating habits, sensory preferences, food aversions, or a limited variety of foods. My approach is different.I believe that nutrition is about far more than what appears on a plate. It is about understanding the child in front of us, their preferences, sensory experiences, routines, emotions, environment, and relationship with food. By working with the child as a whole person, rather than simply focusing on what they are or are not eating, we can create meaningful and lasting change.

My Philosophy

Children rarely change their eating habits because they are told to.

They change when they feel safe.

They change when they become curious.

They change when they are involved.

This is why I often incorporate food exploration, cooking, sensory experiences, and practical food preparation into my work. When children are given the opportunity to engage with food without pressure, they often become more willing to try, explore, and eventually enjoy new foods.

Progress is not measured by perfection. It is measured by small wins such as touching a new food, smelling a new ingredient, helping prepare a meal and taking a single bite. This is what builds their confidence around food.

These moments matter.

What Families Can Expect

My goal is always the same: to help children feel more confident around food while helping parents feel more supported, informed, and empowered. Because food should nourish both the child and the family. A thoughtful, compassionate approach that considers:

• The child's current eating habits

• Sensory preferences and aversions

• Nutritional support for children with ASD and ADHD, with a focus on gut health, brain health, food acceptance, and overall wellbeing

• Daily routines and family lifestyle

• Nutritional gaps and opportunities

• Practical meal and snack ideas

• Easy recipes and food preparation strategies

• Ongoing guidance and support
