I'm Kavita, a Holistic Nutrition Coach, Children's Food Educator, Recipe Developer and Founder of Thoughtful Nutrition. My work sits at the intersection of nutrition, food education and creative storytelling, helping families build confidence around food while supporting brands in bringing their products to life through recipes, food styling, photography and content creation.

I believe food should never be a source of stress. Whether I'm supporting families navigating selective eating, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, gut health concerns or simply looking to create healthier habits at home, my approach is rooted in practicality, compassion and real-life nourishment. Food should feel comforting, colourful, enjoyable and achievable, not overwhelming.

Alongside my work with families, I partner with leading food and wellness brands across the UAE to create recipes and content that celebrate real ingredients and meaningful moments around the table. Through cooking classes, nutritional guidance, recipe development and digital resources, my goal is always the same: to make nourishing food accessible, engaging and inspiring for both children and adults.
