Iโve been extremely passionate about all things food from a very young age which led me to start a food blog as a creative project after leaving the Fashion PR world in London. I felt truly grateful to learn how much itโs helped others discover how rewarding and fun cooking can be whilst making small choices everyday through meal planning, eating seasonally and being more intuitive with your diet to just feel good. My experience has led me to work with prominent global brands to develop & style recipes whilst building and fostering relationships with small businesses & farms to source high quality produce. After years of experience within the food space in retail & strategic brand management.
I felt that there was so much more to learn about when crafting recipes for brands. The effects of food, proper nutrition & how vital a role it plays in health and wellness in our daily lives and those around us made me pursue Nutrition on a much deeper level.
As a Certified Integrative Nutritional Consultant & Holistic Wellness Expert, I believe what we eat influences our behaviour, mood, vitality & performance. There is NO one size fits all, rather itโs intuitive and so specific to each bio individual. As a result, Iโve applied my knowledge to what I create.
