I’m Kavita, a holistic nutrition coach who blends nourishing food with creative storytelling through recipe development, food styling, and photography. I partner with leading food and wellness brands across the UAE to create colourful, comfort-focused recipes and high-quality content that celebrates real ingredients and real moments.
Thoughtful Nutrition began from my belief that food should make you feel good whilst being comforting, colourful, nourishing and grounded in real life. I bring together wellness, creativity, and storytelling in a way that’s warm, accessible, and beautifully intentional. Alongside my brand partnerships, Thoughtful Nutrition has become a home for my kids cooking classes ,a space where families can explore wholesome recipes, learn simple kitchen skills, and build comforting routines around food.
