I grew up around food that brought people together - warm, soulful, and made full of love. But somewhere along the way, like many women, I lost touch with that ease.  Between burnout, motherhood, body changes, looking a certain way and the endless pressure to “do wellness right,” I found myself craving simplicity.

That’s when I created Thoughtful Nutrition, a space where nourishment isn’t about perfection, but about coming home to your body.  No extremes, no guilt, just real-life nutrition that feels doable, and deeply human.

Certified in Integrative & Holistic Nutrition from the IIN Institute in NY, I blend my love for grounding meals and real-life rhythms to help you feel better, gently.  After years of creating recipes rooted in wellness, teaching hundreds of children the joy of cooking, and working with brands, I bring both heart and expertise to the table.
